Nothing Really New here......

So just kidding I am engaged!
A lot has happened since the last time I posted so I will catch you all up (all of you know the main points)
Job- I have a new supervisor and I love her. We all work very well together and her focus is on the consumer, not how much money we are spending. We have already started to make good changes and things are only starting to get better. I am very excited about this change.
I didn't get the position I applied for, but wouldn't you know, everything worked out the way it should have. The main reason I applied for another position is to get experience under another supervisor (who is a major go getter at Altapointe and someone you really want on your side if you want to move up). Well they offered me another position (80% travel...don't think so) so I declined that and then the next month we find out that supervisor I really wanted to work under has moved to another position and I will have a new supervisor as well. So everything worked out really well.

House- We still haven't found out anything with the other house. The offer is still being looked at because it is a short sale. Bah.....All the houses are pretty crappy too so we will see how that works out.

Marriage-Yeah I'm getting married. David and I got engaged on October 23, 2010 walking to the tailgate in Auburn for the LSU game. We were walking along and out of no where he called my name, I turned around, and he was down on one knee with the ring and asked me to marry him. And it is a BEAUTIFUL ring too. The prettiest ring I have ever seen really. I was given a family diamond (Mine cut from the 18th century) and he found a beautiful antique setting. It is so perfect and so me.

Right now I am trying to plan this thing in 6 months. May 7, 2011 is the perfect day and I feel proud saying it over and over to the caterers, bakers and florist. We are having the wedding at Camp Grace and I have picked my favorite photographers and florist. We are now just waiting for the deposits (what..money doesn't grow on trees dad????). It has been very stressful thinking about how expensive all this is. I guess that's just the way it goes though.
